The Refreshment Rooms dates back to the 1880s and was once the former Admiral pub and offers views across the River Mersey - the perfect place to relax while supping on a drink.
It reopened its doors after lying neglected for five years in June 2012, under its original name Refreshment Rooms.
It's the ideal place to give the kids a history lesson with many original features plus a chandelier from the Cunard building, light fittings from the Adelphi Hotel and Lewis’s of Liverpool and a solid mahogany bar top which started life in the science block of Wirral Grammar School.
Dishes including sticky Coca Cola ribs, calamari, beef rossini with lots of vegetarian options too.
