One of the iconic buildings of Liverpool's skyline, the Cunard Building is one of the city's Three Graces.
First commissoned in 1914 by the Cunard Steamship Company it was completed in 1917.
A century later, its stunning architecture attracts visitors to the waterfront and on the 175th celebration of the Cunard company in 2015 the three Cunard Queen ships ‘saluted’ the building as over one million people watched from the banks of the Mersey.
It is mainly used by office workers but is currently home to the British Music Experience and in past years has hosted Christmas events.
Eagle-eyed Harry Potter fans may have also spotted the historic building in Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them.
