If you're on a tight budget, you're in luck because Tam O’Shanter Farm on Bidston Hill, Wirral has free entry.

The charity-run urban farm and nearby historic cottage offers a great range of fun and educational activities.

Kids can get up close to a variety of animals including pigs, sheep, goats, chickens and geese. It’s a great opportunity for children of all ages to meet and learn about farm animals up close.

The nearby Bidston Hill and Flaybrick walks can take you on a stroll through heritage and nature, or you can simply relax in the cafe.
