Spread over three main galleries the International Slavery Museum takes a look at all aspects of historical and contemporary slavery with the story of Africa and transatlantic slavery and the continuing fight for freedom and equality.

Some children may be upset by what they learn, but it's an important part of history and becasue it's free you can always visit in advance to make sure its appropriate.
