If you're a regular visit to Speke Hall then you're bound to have stumbled upon this little outdoor trail in the grounds of this National Trust property.
Kids can learn all about the history of the Giant Childe of Hale on this interactive outdoor trail based on the infamous legenf of John Middleton.
According to legend, he stood 9ft 3in tall and slept with his feet sticking out of the windows of his cottage in Church End, Hale, near Speke.
The adventure play trek links the old playground area with the woodland playground and is free to visit as part of your admission to Speke Hall.
