The Museum of Liverpool on the waterfront is a great place to take the kids to learn all about our city's rich history and this May half term there are plenty of free activities and workshops to get involved with.
Little Liverpool - daily at 10.15am, 11am, 11.45am, 1.15pm, 2pm, 2.45pm and 3.45pm
The Little Liverpool gallery is a hands-on fantasy world especially for children under the age of six to play and learn. Inside the gallery youngsters can create their own Liverpool - a city where they are in charge.
Entry is by a free ticket, which can be collected from the Welcome Desk on the day of your visit.
Craft: Badge making - May 28 - 1pm to 4pm
Get creative and make a badge inspired by the Museum of Liverpool's exhibitions and collections to wear with pride on your way home, in this free workshop for all ages.
1960s extravaganza - May 29, 30, 31 - 11am to 12.30pm and 1pm to 4pm
Explore the grooviest of decades with this fun filled 1960s extravaganza.
Try on 1960s fashions, listen to 1960s music, play with toys from the 1960s and make a 1960s inspired craft work to take home.
Find out about a time when our city was rapidly changing and Liverpool's artists were topping the charts.
Craft: River Festival - May 26 - 1pm to 4pm
Join in with some River Festival fun family craft. Get inspired by our wonderful River Mersey and create something fun to take home with you.
