You can't beat a trip to watch a live show with the kids at the theatre and the Floral Pavilion in Wirral is a great place for a family day out.
It's right on New Brighton's promenade so if you have an hour to spare before or after the show, there are lots of places to have fish and chips, play arcade games or even go for a walk along the beach.
Opening in the 1890s this theatre has stood the test of time with stars including Tommy Cooper, Diana Dors, Cilla Black and Petula Clark, performing here over the years.
Rebuilt in 2008 as part of an exciting regeneration programme, the Floral has since hosted sell-out shows from international acts such as Russell Watson, John Bishop and Marc Almond.
The theatre is a good size but still feels intimate with comfortable seats and great vantage points from all over the auditorium.
The Floral Pavilion hosts various shows throughout the year including lots of family-friendly productions including autism friendly performances too.
