Croxteth Hall and Country Park is a stunning place to visit no matter the season.

Enjoy a peaceful stroll in this beautiful country park, surrounded by magnificent woodland, grazing livestock and traditional cottages as well as Croxteth Hall itself.

The landscape here has changed little in over a century with miles of paths and trails throughout the 500-acre park to explore while taking a stroll with the kids.

As well as stunning gardens, woodlands, pastures, ponds and streams - it is also home to Croxteth Park Farm, Croxteth Park Riding School, a walled garden and a jungle park with Tarzan swings and zip wires.

And if you work up an appetite you can also have a coffee and a slice of cake at the Old Riding School cafe or Larkin's Cafe at Croxteth Park Farm.

Free (there are admission prices for the Walled Garden, Croxteth Hall and Croxteth Park Farm.
